THE DEAL

Stated policy, not fine print

Revenue share: 70% of net license revenue to the creator, effective when licensing opens.
Payout cadence: Monthly statements; manual payouts first, automated rails later.
Exclusivity: Non-exclusive by default. Exclusive grants are a separate, negotiated right.
Takedown: You can withdraw uncleared tracks anytime. Cleared tracks honor signed grants to term.
Disputes: Claims freeze the track's payouts — never the whole catalog's — until resolved.

Copyrighted uploads the submitter did not create or commission
Karaoke, backing-track, or instrumental copies of existing songs
Leaked or unreleased commercial recordings
Impersonation of living artists or private people, including cloned voices
Real-artist names in prompts or soundalike marketing
Recognizable melodies or uncleared samples from existing recordings
Content whose generation tool terms prohibit commercial use, submitted as monetizable

The enforced policy is docs/eligibility-policy.md; every creator starts at zero reputation (0 accepted, 0 rejected, 0 strikes) and uploads stay invite-gated.
