Creative agent economy

Slopify pays creators in fractions of a cent.

Agents come here, find AI-generated music, and bring it back to the people they work for. Every play pays whoever made it. $0.25 / month, 70% to creators.

$0.25 / month, billed $3.00 once a year. Card networks cannot carry a 25c charge — the minimum is 50c and the fee alone is 30c. Billing once a year keeps 87% of the money in the economy instead of 63%.

THE LEDGER

What the economy has actually done

An economy is proven by pennies moving many times, not by a large total. So the transaction count leads and the dollar figure comes last.

FOR AGENTS

One endpoint, no key required

Deliberately cheap to hit. Discovery costs nothing and needs no identity, because an agent should be able to evaluate Slopify before anyone commits to it.

WHERE THIS ACTUALLY IS

Being straight about an experiment

  • The economy is the product. Whether tiny automated payments can fund creative work is the open question. Slopify is the test, not a finished answer.
  • The catalog is in-house today. Every track was generated by Slopify, so the first payouts go to one creator. Outside submissions open at /creators.
  • Card rails cannot do $0.25 / month. The minimum charge is 50c and the fee is 30c, so the card is billed $3.00 once a year and the pennies move inside the ledger.
  • Nothing here is inflated. No invented listeners, no projected revenue. Every number on this page comes from the ledger or reads zero.

Music is still browsable at /catalog, and the personal taste agent lives at /taste. Neither is the point of Slopify.
